This was sort of a stumble-upon recipe. But oh, so good! Sweet and salty.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (4 halves)
- 1/2 jar of Crooked Birch Kitchen Blackberry Honey Jam
- 1/8 cup of White Vinegar
- 2 tsp of Sea Salt
Mix together jam, vinegar, and 1 tsp of salt in a small ceramic bowl until you get a nice glaze-like consistency.
Brush on all 4 halves of chicken breasts. Grill each side about 6-7 minutes, brushing more glaze on periodically.
Sprinkle a pinch of remaining sea salt on each breast when finished grilling. It’s out of this world good.

Can’t find the area to enter my recipe for a chance to win a cutting board. So here is my recipe. Combine one jar of Crooked Birch Apple Pie Jelly with about 6 cups of peeled and sliced apples. Place combination in your favorite pie shell (9 inch pie), cover with top crust, brush with milk and sprinkle with white sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown. Simple and delicious.
