A great summer appetizer…
- Using about a 3/4 bottle of Crooked Birch Spicy Pineapple & Ginger Sauce, marinate about 20-25 fresh chicken tenders in a bowl for about 30 minutes.
- Place each marinated chicken tender on a wooden skewer.
- Grill each side on med-low for 6-7 minutes.
- Serve on platter with remaining sauce in a dipping bowl.
- So, so good!
