Recipe: 2-Cheese Black Bean & Corn Dip

A scrumptious, easy-to-make layered dip featuring cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Crooked Birch Black Bean & Corn salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Crooked Birch Black Bean & Corn Salsa
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese (sliced in thin slivers)
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 3oo degrees F.
    2. In casserole dish, layer ingredients as listed above starting with salsa.
    3. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
    4. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
