Ingredients
- 1 jar Crooked Birch Black Bean & Corn Salsa
- 8 oz. Cream cheese (sliced in thin slivers)
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- Directions
- Preheat oven to 3oo degrees F.
- In casserole dish, layer ingredients as listed above starting with salsa.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips.
