A classic American dish with a twist (of citrus and rosemary)… Will be a hit at your next backyard barbecue.
- In a mixing bowl, crumble by hand 12 boiled red potatoes (keeping skin on).
- Add 1/2 cup chopped red onions, 1/4 cup scallions, 1/2 cup mayo, and about 1/2 bottle (6 ounces) of Crooked Birch Citrus Rosemary & Ginger Sauce.
- Top with some sea salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Best Serve chilled.
